▶ Issue 1: Please add a button that lets us quickly jump back to the latest messages after checking older chat history.
✅ Response: We're planning to improve the chat experience in the May 28 update. After the update, a shortcut button will appear in the bottom-right corner whenever you scroll up to read older messages. Tapping it will instantly take you back to the latest messages in the current channel, making chat browsing much smoother.
▶ Issue 2: Please make Biogenic Protein consumption count toward Alliance Duel points.
✅ Response: We plan to optimize Alliance Duel tasks in the May 28 update. New tasks related to consuming the Behemoth Talent item Biogenic Protein will be added, allowing this type of activity to earn Alliance Duel points and better align daily growth with event participation.
▶ Issue 3: Please add an option to hide VIP levels in chat.
✅ Response: We're planning to add this feature in the May 28 update. After the update, Chiefs will be able to choose whether their VIP badge is displayed in chat, giving everyone more flexibility over privacy and profile display settings.
▶ Issue 4: Please give players who missed limited-time stickers another chance to get them.
✅ Response: Some of these limited-time stickers may return in future holiday events, so be sure to keep an eye on upcoming event announcements.
▶ Issue 5: Please add more gifting features, such as cross-State gifting, along with better social interaction options when sending gifts.
✅ Response: We're planning to expand the gifting system in future updates. More gifting scenarios will be supported, including sending gifts across States. We also plan to add custom message features, allowing you to include personal greetings and make gifting feel more meaningful and interactive.
For the other suggestions, we don't have specific update plans or responses at the moment, but we will continue to listen to all the feedback and evaluate them. We always welcome your ideas through our community channels or in-game customer service.
